Last month, in my first post, I promised pictures of my pets--now here they are! The black and white one is Nala (my sister's rabbit), and the two others are mine. Thunder, our hamster (called 'the family pet' is not 'the family pet'. Nobody else even looks at him--I am the only one who cleans his cage and checks his food and water, but they all know he is there. Boy does he bring up a smell in my room!). He is so cute and does not nip. He is so funny when he gets off his wheel. The wheel is still spinning and he looks and the nice soft ground covered in bedding, he looks at it for a few seconds, and then gets his courage to jump down. Simba (the one that is white, light brown, and dark brown) is my baby. Whenever (except when he is having a snack) I come to the backyard he sits by the door, waiting for me. Isn't that cute? And he is on his feet when I come near. Nala is a little 'I'm warning you' type of girl. If you do something that she does not like (such as open her cage door or pet her), she has a 'hey, hey, hey' attitude and nips. But I understand, as she didn't get love at the pet store and I don't know where she has been. Simba came from a nice family who loved rabbits and he was calm with little kids when I got him. He went to the pet store from a little girl who loved rabbits and had many of them. She had to let them go because her mom was in the hospital and they couldn't keep all those rabbits.
